Inspired by my grandmother Ruby S. Creed in the old fashion baking tradition, I grew up loving to make people smile after enjoying something that we had baked.

Having taught me all I know about working in a hot kitchen and baking especially during holiday seasons, my grandmother was and still continues to be my inspiration to warm the hearts of others through their mouths.

Everything is made from scratch, the dough, the filling, and even the special icing. Each batch is rolled by hand and is packaged in a decorative basket that can be warmed in the oven if your choose. But since they are already fully cooked I bet they won't make it that far and most people eat them right out of the package.

After much experimentation with my grandmother's recipes and with my grandmother's guidance I hope that I have perfected the ultimate cinnamon indulgence - The Cinnamon Bun!
